Shipping & Delivery

Each t•Ana Couture acquisition is prepared with care for its journey from our Maison in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Cyprus

Standard delivery is €3.50. Complimentary delivery is available on eligible orders of €22 or more. We generally use Akis Express or another suitable local provider.

Europe

Standard tracked shipping is charged according to the total shipping weight shown at checkout:

  • Up to 1 kg: €19
  • Over 1 kg up to 2 kg: €25
  • Over 2 kg up to 4 kg: €39

For European orders above 4 kg, oversized items or artwork requiring specialist delivery, please contact Client Services before ordering to arrange shipping. Shipping availability depends on destination and carrier service.

Rest of the world

Where available, the current standard checkout shipping charge is €25. This is a checkout charge rather than a guaranteed postal tariff. Please contact Client Services before ordering heavy, oversized or particularly fragile items, or if you require a specialist shipping service. Available shipping options and final charges are displayed before payment.

Preparation and delivery

Ready-to-ship pieces are prepared as soon as reasonably possible following payment. Bespoke and made-to-order creations generally require approximately four weeks for production unless another timeframe is specified or agreed. Shipping transit time is additional. We will contact you about unexpected delays.

International delivery may be provided through Cyprus Post, including Interconnect Premium where available, or another suitable tracked service. Delivery estimates vary by destination and postal operations. Import VAT, duties and handling charges may apply outside the EU and are normally the recipient’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery concerns

If an item arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and contact us promptly, preferably within 48 hours. This request does not restrict your statutory rights. For missing or delayed deliveries, contact us for assistance. See our Final Sale & Statutory Returns policy.
