Return & Exchange Policy

We do NOT provide refunds, only exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges are only accepted with available products of the same price or higher.

All the shipping costs from the customer to t•Ana Couture and back to the customer will be borne by the customer. Therefore, the returned products may have an extra shipping charge which the customer will need to pay.

RETURNS PROCESS

The product needs to be returned to t•Ana Couture within 14 days from the date of delivery and you will have to cover the cost of returning the product.

If the return product fails to be received by t•Ana Couture, we cannot cover the costs involved. If the product is not in the same condition as it was when it left the shop for delivery, t•Ana Couture, will charge an amount covering the loss of value to the product and the net amount will be paid to the customer’s account.

Once the returned product is received, We will notify you via email regarding the acceptance of the return (subject to the terms stated herein). If the returned item does not meet Our Return, Exchange Policy standards (as above), your order will be sent back to you, all shipping costs will be charged to the customer and no refund will be issued.
