Return & Exchange Policy

We do NOT provide refunds. We only provide exchanges within 14 days of purchaseExchanges are only accepted with available products of the same price or higher.

All the shipping costs from the customer to t•Ana Couture and back to the customer will be borne by the customer. Therefore, the returned products may have an extra shipping charge which the customer will need to pay.

RETURNS PROCESS

The product needs to be returned to t•Ana Couture within 14 days from the date of purchase and the customer will have to cover the cost of returning the product.

If the return product fails to be received by t•Ana Couture, we will not cover the costs involved. If the product is not in the same condition as it was when it left the shop for delivery, t•Ana Couture, will charge an amount covering the loss of value to the product and the net amount will be paid to the customer’s account.

Once the returned product is received, we will notify the customer via email regarding the acceptance of the return (subject to the terms stated herein). If the returned item does not meet Our Return, Exchange Policy standards (as above), the customer order will be sent back to the customer and all shipping costs will be charged to the customer, thus no refund will be issued.
