These Terms apply to purchases and use of tanacouture.com, operated by t•Ana Couture in Cyprus.
By placing an order through the Website, you agree to these Terms together with any applicable product information, Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy and Privacy Policy.
Products & Availability
t•Ana Couture creates and curates fashion, handbags, art, objects, accessories, handmade pieces, made-to-order creations, one-of-a-kind works, pre-loved pieces and selected Rare Finds.
Because many pieces are handmade, limited or singular, availability cannot always be guaranteed until an order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information or decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary. If payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the relevant amount will be returned.
Handmade & Singular Pieces
Handmade and artisan-created pieces may contain minor variations associated with hand production.
Vintage, pre-loved, transformed and one-of-a-kind pieces may show characteristics related to age, provenance, previous use, materials or artisanal processes. Where disclosed in the description or imagery, these characteristics form part of the individual identity of the piece and are not defects.
Product Information
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph pieces accurately.
Colours and proportions may appear slightly different according to screen settings, lighting or device display.
Customers are encouraged to review descriptions, measurements and photographs carefully before ordering and to contact Client Services where guidance is required.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in the applicable storefront currency.
Payment is processed using the payment methods made available at checkout at the time of purchase.
t•Ana Couture does not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every country, currency or transaction.
Orders
Submission of an order does not itself guarantee acceptance.
An order is considered accepted once confirmed by t•Ana Couture or processed for fulfilment.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Pieces
Bespoke, customised, personalised, commissioned and made-to-specification pieces may be subject to separate requirements, production times and cancellation restrictions.
Where permitted by applicable law, the statutory change-of-mind withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Returns
Returns, withdrawals and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual Property
All original artwork, photographs, designs, text, graphics, brand elements and creative material appearing on tanacouture.com remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
They may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.
Website Use
You must not misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use its content for unlawful purposes.
Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
The Terms applicable to a purchase are those in effect when that order is placed, except where a change is required by law.
